COO – Venture backed Analytics scale up

We’ve been retained to hire a COO for a rapid growth tech firm.  The company have received over £6 million worth of Investment at Series A, and are on course to secure Series B funding in the next 6 months c. £25 million.

They are primarily focused on disrupting the traditional commercial insurance space through the use of advanced Data Analytics & Machine Learning.

Their 2 co-founders, the CEO & CTO, are looking to add a further layer of leadership in the firm, which currently employs over 50 staff.

The COO will report directly to the CEO, and be tasked with taking operational control of a range of diverse business operations, putting in place functional  systems and processes that will allow the business a stable platform on which to grow.

• The COO will be take responsibility across Business Strategy, Procedures and Systems, Company Culture, Relationship Management with Third Party Vendors
• We are looking for an outstanding leader, with the ability to bring structure to what will often be an unstructured environment
• The ideal candidate will have a number of years proven experience in an operational role within an early stage/fast growthTech company that they can reference
