Head of AI & Automation – Private Equity

We are partnered with a recently refunded mid market focused PE firm, to hire an AI & Automation leader.

You’ll be part of an Internal AI COE they’re building (circa 20 heads) that will also cover portfolio value creation.

You’ll have a CEO driven and inspired mandate to radically enhance internal firmwide efficiency through AI, automation, and workflow transformation.

It’s a high impact, high autonomy role for someone who understands the nuances of private equity and knows how to deliver intelligent systems that scale. You will partner across deal teams, operations, investor relations, finance, accounting, and compliance to automate workflows and integrate agentic technologies.

From deal sourcing to exit, and across fundraising, LP communications, and financial ops, your work will shape the digital future of the firm.   This opportunity to fundamentally impact the firm will really excite the right candidate.

We are looking for individuals with Previous experience of implementing systems & tools within a Private Equity firm. (If as an external consultant that works to)

A Leader with the gravitas and experience to lead the critical change management element of this initiative.
