Head of ML Ops

Big Pharmaceutical going through digital transformation seeks a head of ML Ops.

You will lead a 12 person team with immediate budget to hire, working across a variety of critical digital transformation & system scale projects across the business.

Experience:

Have you established or grown and ML Ops function?

Worked on Developing Data & AI products at scale?

Have you established engineering functions?

Do you have experience of taking requirements from design to implementation within a matrixed organisation?

Used Technologies like Splunk, Github, Gitaction, Argo, Spark, MLflow?

Coaching & Leading agile development teams?
