We’ve all been there. Your Broadband is down, you’ve had to spend 2 hours on hold to the Philippines to book in an Engineer to come out.
They’ve given you a window the Engineer might arrive, between 7am – 7pm. Well that’s just f***ing great 🙁
So you take the whole day of work and the Engineer never shows. So then you have to repeat the whole process over again, 2 hours on hold, another day off work, fingers crossed he shows this time
And what about if your kid has been refusing to do the dishes again? You’ve threatened to take all their data off them so they can’t use internet on their phone, a punishment worse than death in their eyes. You are on to a winner.
But then you spend 2 hours on hold to the Philippines again only to be told that it’s not possible to remove the data on your kids device. When your contract is up 18 months from now you can request it then.
And while we are at it why the hell is it that in Sainsbury’s you can never get any 4 & 5G? You need to speak to the other half pronto to ask whether it’s crunchy or smooth peanut butter the kids like, but you can never ever get any signal!

We’ve put up with this crap for to long now in the UK. The Telco space is broken and we are going to change it.
Imagine a world where you never lose 5g wherever you are in the UK. Imagine a world where you can make changes to your ISP contract and service levels in 30 seconds by using a seamless app on your phone. As easy as booking an UBER.

Those who’ve worked on large scale B2C mobile & app services, dynamic folks who can sit between technology and the customer seamlessly. Everyone says they can but few are really good at it.
